Hi! Exams are around the corner and i'm blogging! Can't find the motivation at this hour. Sister is in Paris right now, i admit I kinda miss her so i decided to blog about her OOTD! Blogging seems to be more of a girls thing, but I have to admit, i kinda enjoy it.
Ok back to topic. This was taken about... 2 or 3 weeks back. Sister had to bang on the door to wake me up EARLY 7am in the morning to do this shoot. I was pretty excited anyway because I found a lens hood for my 50mm lens! My sister was keeping it the original box the whole time and thank god I found it. Lens hood looks cool, makes you look like a pro. haha. But the real purpose of it is to prevent stray lights/glares on to your lens and it also improves the contrast of the image. Shooting without the hood against the sun can create a nice effect though but sometimes it can create glares that look like creepy orbs to me.. But why i'm using it is because... heh.. I look more like a PRO. I'm easily satisfied as you can see, just a lens hood can hype me up.
We were supposed to shoot at Marina Bay but ended up here, somewhere in UBI. This area is full of industrial buildings and we thought we could get this edgy look. Turns out pretty cool! Not really what I pictured it to be though. I was picturing more garage doors and less cars in the background. Nonetheless, sunlight was great!
