Location: Punggol Golf Range
It's the holidays! And things are getting better so far. My closest buddies from secondary school met last weekend to hit some ballz at punggol's driving range. And I was coach Chris for the day. And lemme introduce you to 3 of them.
This hansum looking boy, is Gabriel Tan, gentle giant, Mr fit and Basketball legend.
Met
him during secondary 2 school camp, we were assigned tent mates for the
night and I happen to be sleeping right next to him, sounds wrong but
yes. We woke up the next day and realise everybody left except the both
of us, sleeping like a boss arrived at the assembly area late..
Naville! One of the nicest guys I know. My Secondary 1 classmate aaand my softball team mate as well. We really had great memories during softball training, we shared roles in the team, shortstop and pitcher which I mainly play. A softball partner could not be more enjoyable.
One time Bryan cracked a Joke, asking us what bees produces milk. When he answered with Boobees, we all laughed pretty badly and suddenly.. there was a fart. There were about 8-10 people around and all of us stared at Naville. That was then I was hit by one of the worst laughing gas that lasted for 20mins.
OH and Gabriel has a new girl~~ Celia. met her
for the first time last week! She was shy at first... but started to
open up to us after awhile and that's when we realise she's a really
nice person! Taught her to play for awhile, reminds me of coaching at
Kindergolf! hahaha, i used to coach kids from 3-9 years old and I
realised I was using the same technique to her. Not only her though,
everybody who just started golf.
Happy for my boy, they really look cute together dont they!
Aisey. His shirt says it all.
Me trying my best to keep the ball short of the fence at the far end.
HAHA. Shot taken by Celia! I used to play lots of golf during my
secondary school day and I represented by school throughout. Let me hao
lian abit. I used to play pretty O.K golf, I was a 6 Handicapper. Used
to train almost everyday after school and during the weekends at Seletar
Country Club. Great memories there and met a group of nice people,
maybe one day I'll blog about it.
Celia's reaction after hitting a 300meter shot.
Last but not least! Bryan, our army boy.
Secondary 1 classmate together with Naville. We've had the most memories
together, I really don't know where to start.
He
arrived late and smell of alcohol. Nothing unusual really. The wildest
amongst us but he gets petty at times! Oh and he was our school's sprint
champ for 3 years straight. I wasnt much of an athelete, BUT I STILL
GET GOLD for napha EVERY YEAR. Anyway the point is I only attended
sports day just to watch him run, so i'd just attend the first event
which is the 100m sprint, and off I go! That's my boy!
Wish I could share more cause these are the people that I've really had great times with for the past 7 years. But I'm not a great story teller and it might be a bore. Maybe more next time!
